About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges and education institutions
- Build and manage partnerships with education agents and referral partners
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to occupancy growth
- Represent ESAW at education fairs, networking events and industry functions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns and brand awareness activities
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations and reports
- Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure an exceptional student experience
- Maintain and develop long term relationships with partners through regular engagement and follow up
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Sales
- Experience within education, student accommodation, hospitality or real estate is advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated, organised and results oriented
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred

About the Role
- ESAW Premium Student Living is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to help strengthen our university partnerships, grow our network of education agents and contribute to the continued success of the ESAW brand.
Key Responsibilities
