Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements for inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, meeting SLAs and KPIs
- Utilize Asset Management System (MAXIMO) and Bridge Management System (BMS) to manage work orders and inspection data
- Carry out safety, general, principal, and special inspections of bridges and highway structures
- Assess structural conditions, identify deterioration rates, and report on structural and safety risks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated network operations and maintenance
- Support advancements in bridge inspection technologies and maintenance techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or strong relevant experience
- Proven experience in Operations and Maintenance contracts of bridges and highway structures
- Solid understanding of structural behavior and deterioration mechanisms
- Knowledge of bridge asset management, condition assessment, and lifecycle planning
- Experience with MAXIMO and Bridge Management Systems
- Willingness to travel frequently within Qatar for inspections

About the Role
