Requirements

- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Experience with RTA projects for bridges construction, civil structure construction or maintenance
- Arabic speaking preferred for coordination with client

Qualifications

- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on risk management.
- Adaptability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Arabic speaking preferred for coordination with the client.
