- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize project resources and costs
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders
- Conduct post project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 20+ years of experience in bridge Construction Management and/or project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Arabic speaking preferred for coordination with the client
- Proven experience with RTA projects for bridges construction, civil structure construction or Maintenance

Qualifications
