About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Engineer specializing in steel structures to join our Design team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design, analysis, and development of steel structures, with additional expertise in reinforced concrete and foundations.

Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design using software such as STAAD, SAFE, ETABS, SAP, ANSYS, Prokon, IdeaStatica
- Design RCC members and foundations including pile foundations, raft foundations, and isolated footings
- Conduct mechanical and structural design analysis including stress, fatigue, and failure analysis, FEA, and mechanical/welded connections design
- Prepare structural reports and detailed drawings for submission and approvals
- Perform material selection and design optimization considering cost and time constraints
- Ensure familiarity with international and local engineering standards including AISC, AASHTO, ASCE, ASTM, ACI, BS 5395, BS 5950, BS 6399, IBC
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in engineering, design, and development of steel structures
- Strong understanding of GD&T standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Must be available in the UAE

- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, such as STAAD, SAFE, ETABS, SAP, ANSYS, Prokon, IdeaStatica.

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in engineering, design, and development of steel structures.
- Strong understanding of GD&T standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
