Role Purpose

  • Grow and shape Jacobs Advisory’s Strategy & Transformation capability in the Middle East.
  • Act as lead advisor and engagement head on major transformation assignments.
  • Partner with senior government and private sector leaders to define direction and deliver lasting organisational change.
  • Develop people, methods, and market presence to support long term regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and Shape the Regional Strategy & Transformation Capability: Mature and scale existing capability, shape service offerings, mentor consultants, integrate with wider Jacobs business, contribute to thought leadership.
  • Lead Complex Client Engagements: Act as lead engagement partner for major assignments, personally lead strategy and transformation programmes, engage with senior client stakeholders, facilitate executive level discussions, ensure practical outcomes.
  • Support Market Growth and Client Relationships: Build long term trusted relationships, lead major pursuits, represent Jacobs Advisory in high level forums.

Here's what you'll need

  • 20+ years experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting, with significant exposure to public sector, infrastructure, utilities, or regulated environments.
  • Strong track record leading large scale Strategy and Transformation Programmes.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing target operating models, organizational and governance structures, performance and capability frameworks.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and public sector leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience growing teams, mentoring senior professionals, and shaping advisory capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline is expected but career progression and delivery track record are more important.
