Role overview
Serve as a key partner to the SVP Strategy, Partnerships and Investments.
Drive strategic initiatives and partnership efforts from problem definition through implementation.
Bring structure to ambiguity, drive accountability, and independently manage complex workstreams.
Strategy and partnership execution
- Own strategic initiatives to improve business performance, operational effectiveness, and organizational scale.
- Translate leadership priorities into programs and executable workstreams.
- Develop milestones, ownership structures, KPIs, and governance mechanisms.
- Track initiative performance, escalate risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Ventures and growth opportunities
- Conduct market landscape assessments and opportunity analyses.
- Support ideation and validation of new business concepts.
- Develop business cases and growth models.
- Support investment due diligence and strategic assessments.
- Work with venture teams to operationalize initiatives and monitor progress.
