Role Overview
The People Ops Lead owns UAE People Operations day to day and serves as the local counterpart to the central People Operations team.
The role covers the UAE employee experience, compliance, benefits, immigration, office operations, and culture.
People Operations and Lifecycle
- Own the UAE employee lifecycle, including offers, contracts, onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding.
- Act as the day-to-day People Operations contact for UAE-based employees.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records across UAE entities.
- Partner with the central People Operations team and execute group processes locally.
Onboarding and Benefits
- Coordinate offer paperwork, documentation, visa and Emirates ID steps, and other new-hire requirements.
- Run organized onboarding for UAE joiners and coordinate the transition from signed offer to the first productive week.
- Administer UAE health insurance enrolments, changes, renewals, and claims escalations.
- Coordinate employee benefits and respond to benefits-related questions.
