The company is building AI-driven playbooks to accelerate documentation, deal launch, and repeatable product creation.
The Role
The Director, Structuring & Origination will lead structuring across the live and forward pipeline, originate mandates, and build repeatable structuring playbooks.
The role is hands-on and may develop toward Senior Director or Managing Director as the deal pipeline, assets under management, and team scale.
The position combines deal execution, origination, Sharia structures, regulatory coordination, sponsor relationships, and documentation.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end structuring for receivables financing, private credit, fund tokenization, and asset-backed mandates.
- Originate mandates across MENA, GCC, South Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa alongside the CEO and business development lead.
- Codify structuring playbooks and build AI-assisted tools for documentation, term sheets, scenario modeling, Sharia checks, and pattern recognition.
