Key Accountabilities
- Manage strategic initiative development and implementation in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams and monitor strategic project progress and risks.
- Consult with senior leadership and provide recommendations on strategy execution.
- Develop tools and frameworks for strategy execution and performance tracking.
- Review data to assess initiative effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on priorities and execution plans.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Mentor and develop team members.
Generic Accountabilities
- Manage resource allocation and lead the development of performance metrics.
- Monitor departmental alignment with the overall organizational strategy.
- Gather stakeholder input and develop strategy execution best practices.
- Review and approve project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and resolve execution challenges.
- Monitor industry trends and ensure effective communication across departments.
Work Conditions
- The role requires standard office work with occasional travel for meetings, workshops, external events, or other meetings.
- The work environment is primarily office-based and focused on collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role is required.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
Working Relationships
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic priorities and execution plans.
Engage external consultants, vendors, industry experts, peers, and other stakeholders.
Represent the organization at external events and forums related to strategy execution and management.
