- You’ll develop pitches and articulate clear brand narratives to different audiences, with a track record of backing creative work that delivers results.
- You’ll be able to turn complexity into clear direction, present strategic thinking clearly to different stakeholders, and inspire creative teams to do their best work.
About You
- Strong experience in strategy roles across agency, client side or consulting environments, with the credibility to guide senior level conversations.
- Experience combining client side experience and agency expertise, bringing a well rounded perspective to strategic and creative work.
- Proven ability to present strategic thinking in senior meetings, including explaining the case for recommendations with clarity and credibility.
- Demonstrated capability in contributing to or overseeing strategy for high profile accounts in a fast moving environment.
- A strong grounding in sectors known for pace and frequency of output, such as FMCG, telecoms or technology, or similarly dynamic categories.
- The ability to translate business needs into sharp strategic direction that teams can use to deliver high quality work.
- A team focused management style, with the credibility to contribute to capability building and help raise the standard of strategic thinking across a team.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, ask thoughtful questions, and consistently identify opportunities to grow in the role and make a visible impact.
- Flexibility around level, with openness to candidates already operating at senior level or those ready to step into a Head of Strategy role.
