- Develop and author overall team strategy and approach to Paid Social
- Ensure best practice, consistency and innovation in all Paid Social activities; ensure knowledge sharing across teams
- Liaise with other channel leaders to standardise work output and engage in cross channel strategic planning
- Ensure the annual budget is met, working alongside the Senior Management Team
- Ensure profitability of team through effective resource planning
- Grow and develop product offering to keep it leading edge
- Develop key media owner and senior client relationships to enhance our offering

Job Description
- The purpose of this role is to set the strategic direction for the team, taking ownership of the overall Paid Social discipline in the market and liaising with other channels to ensure an integrated response to marketing objectives.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience managing a team of 100+ members.
- Strong expertise across all three platforms: Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record of leading large scale Paid Social operations and delivery teams.
- Strong technical understanding of campaign setup, optimization, audience strategy, measurement, attribution, and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated operational excellence in managing large teams, processes, SLAs, and client delivery.
