Responsibilities
- Conduct in depth research and analysis to support strategic decision making across market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling
- Oversee the implementation of the PMO driving strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and tracking progress against key metrics
- Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on time delivery and achieving desired outcomes
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for expansion and growth
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape, providing regular updates to the strategy team
- Own the design and evolution of the OKR framework and drive company wide OKR cycles
- Support the preparation of investor materials and participate in investor meetings
- Assist in the identification, evaluation, and execution of potential M&A transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related field with focus on technology or telecommunications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning

About The Role
- Full time / Employee
- Remote first within the UK or Spain.
- Candidates must live in and possess valid work authorization for one of these two countries.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Strategy planning and execution: Conduct in depth research and analysis; Oversee PMO; Manage strategic projects; Identify new business opportunities; Monitor industry trends.
- Performance management & OKRs: Own OKR framework; Drive company wide OKR cycles; Lead MBRs/QBRs; Identify performance gaps.
- Corporate Development and M&A: Support investor materials; Develop relationships; Support M&A strategy; Assist in M&A transactions.
- Investor Relations: Facilitate communication with board; Prepare board materials; Coordinate board meetings; Implement board decisions; Enhance shareholder value.
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, economics, finance or engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related field with focus on technology or telecommunications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic planning
Good To Have
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience or exposure to global consumer technology companies
- Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to manage and mentor a team
