About the Role
Airalo is hiring a Marketing Manager for the Arabia & Africa region to support growth through performance data analysis, campaign coordination, and marketing operations. You will manage regional reporting, coordinate cross-functional campaigns, and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Pull and maintain marketing performance data across channels, markets, and time periods
- Track key metrics such as spend, revenue, CAC, ROI, installs, signups, transactions, conversion rates
- Maintain regional trackers, dashboards, and reporting files
- Support monthly business reviews, leadership updates, planning materials, and performance presentations
- Support planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives across Arabia & Africa
- Coordinate with internal teams including Growth, Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, Influencer, PR, Product, and other cross functional stakeholders
- Help manage campaign timelines, asset requirements, launch dependencies, approvals, and stakeholder follow ups
- Support post campaign analysis and document learnings
- Help manage operational and administrative work related to regional marketing activities
- Support invoice raising, vendor documentation, budget tracking, approvals, and follow ups
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or similar role
- Experience working across multiple markets, preferably within Arabia, Africa, GCC, MENA, or other multi country regional environments
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing performance data, dashboards, spreadsheets, and KPIs
- Ability to translate data into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, and follow ups
- Experience coordinating cross functional marketing campaigns across creative, content, performance, influencer, PR, product, or agency teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, reliable trackers, reports, and documentation
- Proactive, hands on mindset with ownership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Must Haves
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or similar role.
- Experience working across multiple markets, preferably within Arabia, Africa, GCC, MENA.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing performance data, dashboards, spreadsheets, and KPIs.

- Arabic fluency is preferred.
- Experience in travel, telecom, e commerce, mobile apps, marketplaces, fintech, or consumer digital products is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, QuickSight, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Notion is a plus.
