- Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships with focus on Automotive vertical
- Generate new revenue through structured engagement with new and existing customers
- Identify and approach OEMs, Tier 1/2, and aftermarket automotive customers
- Manage RFQs, tenders, and convert opportunities into sales revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM data and healthy sales pipeline
- Gather market intelligence within the automotive industry
Requirements
- Experience in strategic sales and business development
- Knowledge of the Automotive industry (OEMs, Tier 1/2, aftermarket)
- Ability to manage sales pipeline and CRM data
- Experience with RFQs and tenders

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships within Hellmann Customer portfolio, focusing on Automotive vertical.
- Contact existing and new prospective customers in UAE via face to face meetings, networking, or telephone.
- Generate and respond to RFIs and RFQs.
- Convert opportunities into sales revenue.
- Follow company reporting formats including contact reports, sales forecasts, and market/competitor information.
- Protect Company liability prior to commitment to sale.
- Generate and communicate sales leads throughout Hellmann network.
- Conduct all processes in accordance with Quality Management System.
- Notify Sales Manager of any Operational Red Flags.
- Maintain customer relationships by meeting existing customers regularly.
- Fulfill sales targets set by Sales Manager/Commercial Director.
- Fulfill any other tasks as deemed fit by Management.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic sales and business development.
- Knowledge of Automotive industry supply chain requirements.
- Ability to manage sales pipeline and CRM.
- Experience with RFQs and tenders.
