General Description
- Developing and implementing strategies and plans aimed at achieving the Ministry’s objectives
- Providing support in preparing key performance indicators
- Supporting the Manager of Strategic Planning to ensure success of strategy implementation and achievement of long term strategic goals
Skills and Competences
- Familiarity with all policies, procedures and systems related to the field of work
- Data Analysis: ability to analyze data and strategic information from multiple sources
- Planning and organization skill: ability to organize work, set priorities, plan strategies and projects
- Ability to work under pressure, face difficulties and problems, and manage multiple tasks
- Computer skills and its applications
- Ability to develop strategic goals and initiatives, design initiative management, and follow up on implementation
- Ability to develop organizational structure with strategic direction and define and implement policies and procedures
