- Ensure payment devices are properly configured, securely deployed, tracked, maintained, and returned to inventory
- Support uninterrupted payment acceptance for merchants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in POS operations, payment device management, technical support, inventory management, or a similar operational role
- Basic understanding of POS terminals, payment systems, or device configuration processes
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and documentation practices
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Own Visa required

Job Summary
- Responsible for end to end POS terminal preparation, configuration, maintenance, fulfillment, and support operations.
- The role ensures payment devices are properly configured, securely deployed, tracked, maintained, and returned to inventory while supporting uninterrupted payment acceptance for merchants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in POS operations, payment device management, technical support, inventory management, or a similar operational role.
- Basic understanding of POS terminals, payment systems, or device configuration processes.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking and documentation practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of POS terminals, payment gateways, and e commerce payment systems.
- Ability to perform device configuration, software loading, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of inventory management and asset tracking processes.
- Awareness of security and compliance requirements related to payment devices.
