- Hands on experience working in Agile delivery models
- Deep understanding of corporate treasury, payments, and cash management journeys
- Proven ability to translate regulatory or technical requirements into client ready digital solutions
- Strong stakeholder management across Product, Tech, Risk, and Sales
- Experience in dealing with Central Bank Open Finance / Open Banking frameworks (preferred)
- Exposure to API platforms, consent architectures, and data sharing models (preferred)
- Experience working across multiple markets / IBG geographies (preferred)
