Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a data driven commercial plan to grow Advansys' outsourcing footprint in key KSA target industries
- Bid manage complex enterprise RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes end to end, formulating compelling business cases and proposals
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel with at least 30% of active pipeline from qualified new enterprise prospects
- Deliver precise weekly pipeline forecasts and market insights to senior leadership
- Serve as primary executive contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, securing timely contract renewals
- Utilize consultative selling to identify client operational gaps and pitch expanded offshore delivery center capacity
- Orchestrate seamless onboarding of at least two new major enterprise clients annually
- Monitor account health proactively and act as internal champion to ensure delivery meets SLAs
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement heads, and IT leaders in KSA
- Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and Marketing to align capabilities with client objectives
- Monitor and analyze competitor intelligence in GCC IT staffing and outsourcing landscape
Requirements
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) with a strong professional network
- 5+ years demonstrable success in Enterprise B2B Solution Sales, Account Management, or Client Success in KSA IT Services or Software industry
- Proven track record of selling complex IT professional services, IT outsourcing, or Offshore/Nearshore Delivery Center frameworks
- Exceptional negotiation, contract structuring, and closing skills with history of hitting revenue quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
