About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements
- Analyze customer requirements, design and architect comprehensive IT solutions
- Work closely with the development team to ensure best solution and smooth handover
- Maintain up to date knowledge of new technologies and changes
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase product value
- Understand, analyze, and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with comprehensive proposals
- Address technical inquiries while analyzing RFPs
- Develop detailed proposals including costs, deliverables, timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 6+ years in system architecture, technical sales, or pre sales role
- Very good knowledge of AI, business automation, and RPA
- Good knowledge of low code/no code tools
- Basic knowledge of cloud and cybersecurity is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM, contact center, and enterprise applications is a plus
- Proven technical and IT services pre sales experience
- Knowledge of software development cycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia
