- Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to maximize software sales opportunities in KSA
- Formulate territory plan identifying target industries, enterprise accounts, and revenue forecasts
- Accurately forecast pipeline deals and manage territory sales quotas
- Gather and analyze competitor intelligence to position Advansys effectively
- Aggressively pursue new enterprise software business and deepen existing client relationships
- Utilize consultative selling focused on complex software integration solutions, Data, AI/ML, Automation, and BI
- Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes ensuring high quality proposals and technical alignment
- Conduct high level commercial negotiations with enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Pre sales, Solution Architects, and Marketing teams
- Influence senior stakeholders and C level executives to build long term partnerships
Requirements
- 5 8 years proven track record in complex enterprise software business solution sales in KSA
- Domain expertise in software integration solutions, enterprise application sales, and emerging tech (AI, Data, Automation)
- Experience leading development of commercial proposals and navigating complex procurement cycles
- Exceptional ability to act as customer champion and trusted advisor

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Go to Market (GTM) strategy to maximize software sales opportunities and expand customer base across KSA.
- Formulate a clear plan to grow Advansys within the Saudi market, identifying target industries, enterprise accounts, and forecasting expected revenues.
- Accurately forecast pipeline deals, manage territory sales quotas, and actively participate in weekly funnel review calls with management.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence regarding competitors' strengths and weaknesses to better position Advansys to win business.
- Aggressively pursue new enterprise software business opportunities while deepening relationships with existing clients to increase revenue per account.
- Utilize consultative, solution based selling techniques focused on complex Software Integration Solutions, Data, AI/ML, Automation, and Business Intelligence (BI).
- Lead and oversee all RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, ensuring high quality commercial proposals and driving technical alignment.
- Conduct high level commercial negotiations with enterprise customers to maximize win rates and protect margins.
- Work in tandem with Pre sales, Solution Architects, and Marketing teams to build targeted sales campaigns and incremental pipelines.
- Influence senior stakeholders, C level executives, and premier buyers within target organizations to build long term, trusted partnerships.
- Successfully present our company vision, mission, values, and software solutions, communicating proactively to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Min 5 8 years proven track record in Complex Enterprise Software Business Solution Sales, Account Management, and Territory Planning within the KSA market.
- Strong vertical knowledge in Software Integration Solutions, enterprise application sales, and emerging tech sales (AI, Data, Business Automation).
- Solid experience leading the development of commercial proposals, building business cases, and navigating complex corporate procurement cycles.
- Exceptional ability to act as a customer champion, securing high retention rates and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
