About the Role

- Develop and maintain long term relationships with strategic key accounts
- Identify customer needs and define account strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with regional sales and solutions teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Lead end to end project management including initiation, design, bidding, and delivery
- Engage with government entities to support project approvals and compliance
- Facilitate project commercialization by connecting with financing resources
Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Arabic national preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Energy, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development (preferably in renewable energy, power equipment, or energy storage)
- Proven experience in managing full project lifecycles
- Familiarity with government engagement processes and regulatory environments in the Middle East
- Willingness to travel frequently across Middle East countries

- Familiarity with government engagement processes and regulatory environments in the Middle East
- Experience in project financing, investment, or financial structuring is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently across Middle East countries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
