About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, EPCs, utilities, and other key sector stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements and contracts to ensure successful long term business partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in strategic projects
- Design and implement commercial strategies to expand the company's presence in targeted markets
- Identify and develop new opportunities in solar energy, storage, and hybrid solutions
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for competitive positioning
- Oversee all project stages from bidding through implementation and delivery
- Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks
- Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and energy sector events
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business initiatives and ongoing projects
- Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with global objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields (MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of proven experience as account manager, in the PV and/or ESS sector
- In depth understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions (ESS)
- Structured critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Flexible and proactive, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer centric environment
- Effective communication and strong organization skill
- Willingness to travel frequently across GCC
- Existing relationship with utility companies in Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait (nice to have)

Role Purpose
- Supporting accounts in Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait (Utility focus).
Key Responsibilities

Degree
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields (MBA preferred)
