With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," were taking innovation to the global stage.
Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year.
Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities.
In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span.
This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.
What Youll Do
As the Strategic Account Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the key account management team in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our brand partners. You will oversee the development of strategic account plans, negotiate commertial terms, and and enhance their performance on our platform through exceptional merchants services. Job description: 1. Business Development and Negotiation: Lead team to build and strengthen relationships with key brand partners through strategic engagement and negotiation of mutually beneficial agreements; Utilize exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with senior executives, understanding their needs and aligning our services to their strategic goals. 2. Strategic Account Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive key account management strategy that aligns with both companys business goals and brand partners objectives; Allocate resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and maximize ROI for both the company and our partners; Regularly assess partner performance to optimize their success on our platform through data analysis. 3. Leadership and Team Management: Lead the key account management team by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and offering professional development opportunities; Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the key account managers to measure success and drive team performances; Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the team, ensuring all members are equipped to meet and exceed their goals. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with operations, product managers, marketing, customer service, and finance teams to deliver a cohesive and superior service to brand partners.
What We Need From You
Qualifications: 1.
Customer Centric, self motivated and highly commitment to achieving goals and delivering results. 2.
Demonstrated business development acumen, capable of engaging effectively with C-level management and articulating complex concepts clearly. 3.
Proficient in operational and data analysis, strong business sense and high judgment, with the ability to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. 4.
Strong learning ability, with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business landscapes. 5.
A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the team dynamic, supports colleagues, and enhances team effectiveness through exceptional communication skills. 6.
Fluent in both spoken and written English, able to communicate effectively in a global business environment. 7.
Candidates who experienced in key account management or have background in the delivery service related industry are preferred.
