- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that they align with physical stock levels
- Organize and maintain an efficient layout of the storage area for easy access and retrieval
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent stockouts
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Identify slow moving or obsolete items and propose action to minimize wastage
- Inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and condition
- Ensure that all materials and products are stored in appropriate conditions to prevent damage or spoilage
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments
- Collaborate with procurement, purchasing, and other departments to ensure the timely and accurate availability of supplies

Job Overview
