Role Overview

  • The Head of Sales Division is responsible for leading the sales department, including direct supervision of Area Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives.
  • This role requires consistent delivery of strategic and operational sales targets, monitoring of departmental performance, and implementation of data driven strategies.
  • The incumbent must possess strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual, seasonal, and monthly sales targets and strategic initiatives to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee departmental sales planning, promotions, and campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Establish and promote a strong departmental vision and work culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Provide mentorship and development to key team members, ensuring succession planning and leadership continuity.
  • Design and execute sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Analyze sales performance using appropriate analytics tools to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to launch new services and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
  • Manage administrative functions including departmental planning, budgeting, and goal setting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including landlords and partners.
  • Lead market research initiatives to maintain competitiveness and identify new business opportunities.
  • Continuously train and develop the sales team to improve performance and capabilities.
  • Deliver monthly reports on sales performance against targets and provide variance analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales leadership experience within an FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in developing successful sales strategies and managing high performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, product positioning, and competitive intelligence.
  • UAE Driving License required.

  • CRM Proficiency: Expertise in Customer Relationship Management tools to manage client interactions and data effectively.

  • Data Driven Decision Making: Utilizing analytics to inform sales strategies and measure performance.

  • Product Knowledge: In depth understanding of the company's products/services to effectively meet client needs.

Compensation

  • Pay: From AED 15,000.00 per month.
