Role Overview
- The Head of Sales Division is responsible for leading the sales department, including direct supervision of Area Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives.
- This role requires consistent delivery of strategic and operational sales targets, monitoring of departmental performance, and implementation of data driven strategies.
- The incumbent must possess strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual, seasonal, and monthly sales targets and strategic initiatives to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee departmental sales planning, promotions, and campaigns to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Establish and promote a strong departmental vision and work culture aligned with organizational values.
- Provide mentorship and development to key team members, ensuring succession planning and leadership continuity.
- Design and execute sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Analyze sales performance using appropriate analytics tools to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to launch new services and ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Manage administrative functions including departmental planning, budgeting, and goal setting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including landlords and partners.
- Lead market research initiatives to maintain competitiveness and identify new business opportunities.
- Continuously train and develop the sales team to improve performance and capabilities.

Qualifications
