About the Role
EDFA Payment Services is seeking an experienced Head of Safety Division (Russian Speaker) to lead safety, security, risk management, and compliance. You will develop policies, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and coordinate with authorities.

- Develop, implement, and maintain company wide safety and security policies, procedures, and standards
- Lead and oversee safety and security operations across company locations and assets
- Conduct internal and external safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, security breaches, operational irregularities, and safety related concerns
- Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external stakeholders when necessary
- Prepare monthly and periodic safety reports for executive management
- Conduct safety awareness programs and ensure employees understand and follow safety requirements
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English (written and verbal)
- 1 3 years of experience in a Safety Manager, Security Manager, Risk Manager, or similar leadership position
- Strong experience in risk assessment, incident investigations, and safety management systems
- Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and operational controls
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Safety Division (Russian Speaker) to lead and oversee safety, security, risk management, and operational compliance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain company wide safety and security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead and oversee safety and security operations across company locations and assets.
- Conduct internal and external safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, security breaches, operational irregularities, and safety related concerns.
- Review operational reports and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze CCTV/DVR footage and security related records when required.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external stakeholders when necessary.
- Prepare monthly and periodic safety reports for executive management.
- Evaluate emerging risks and recommend improvements in safety technologies and operational controls.
- Conduct safety awareness programs and ensure employees understand and follow safety requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support executive management with security related recommendations and strategic planning.
- Oversee investigations related to damaged, stolen, or compromised company assets and equipment.
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English (written and verbal).
- 1 3 years of experience in a Safety Manager, Security Manager, Risk Manager, or similar leadership position.
- Strong experience in risk assessment, incident investigations, and safety management systems.
- Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and operational controls.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Advanced problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Pay
- AED 12,000.00 AED 14,000.00 per month
