About the Role

Responsibilities
- Verify received materials against documentation and conduct physical inspections for damages.
- Label received chemicals with hazard placards and manage cylinder receipt and handling.
- Accurately locate storage locations, affix labels, and complete system transactions.
- Review material request forms, locate materials, and update inventory records.
- Maintain storeroom premises in neat order and adhere to safety standards.
- Operate lifts, hand trucks, and jacks to unload and transport supplies.
Requirements
- High School/Secondary 12th grade or 10th grade plus Vocational with minimum 5 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in warehouse
- 2 years diploma in Engineering/Business Administration with minimum 4 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in warehouse
- 3 years diploma in Engineering/Business Administration with minimum 3 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in warehouse
- MS Office Applications
- SAP Module

Job Purpose
- Ensure efficient, safe, and accurate warehousing operations and maintain inventory integrity while performing clerical duties. Safely manage chemicals to eliminate risks and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Material Receiving & Inspection: Verify received materials, conduct physical inspections, utilize inspection tools, identify defects, confirm documentation, label chemicals, manage cylinder handling, ensure shelf life compliance, coordinate with freight forwarders.
- Material Storing/Binning and Issuing: Locate storage locations, arrange assistance, affix labels, complete system transactions, preserve materials, review request forms, locate materials, update transactions, maintain inventory records.
- Housekeeping and Store Maintenance: Ensure storeroom premises are neat, adhere to safety standards, operate lifts and hand trucks.
- Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures: Contribute to continuous improvement, implement policies and procedures.
- Quality, Health, Security, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with regulatory and QHSSE requirements.
- Reporting: Contribute to timely and accurate reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School/Secondary 12th grade or 10th grade plus Vocational/ Minimum 5 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in warehouse.
- 2 years diploma in Engineering / Business Administration or related discipline/ Minimum 4 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in warehouse.
- 3 years diploma in Engineering / Business Administration or related discipline/ Minimum 3 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in warehouse.
