- Work closely with Purchasing, Finance, and Operations to support smooth hotel functions
- Follow proper storage procedures, including temperature control and FIFO/FEFO practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., FMC, BirchStreet, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
