- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and engage guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering
- Process guest orders accurately and efficiently through the POS system
- Upsell beverage offerings and promote special menus and hotel promotions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or bar environment
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage service, and bar operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage

About the Role
- Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a talented and guest focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Pay
- AED1,600.00 AED1,900.00 per month
