About the Role
- Royal Rose Hotel is seeking a versatile and detail‑oriented F&B & EHS Coordinator to support both the Food & Beverage Department and the Environment, Health & Safety functions.
- This dual role requires strong administrative skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high operational and safety standards across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- F&B Coordination: Support F&B management with scheduling, communication, and inter‑departmental coordination.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain departmental files, prepare reports, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries, quotations, and documentation.
- Training Support: Assist in organizing F&B training sessions and maintaining training logs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE regulations and Hilton EHS standards.
