- Prepare, bake, and present pastries, desserts, and bakery items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and production across all pastry items
- Assist in developing creative new pastry and dessert concepts
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry kitchen in compliance with HACCP standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with weekly requisitions
- Support the Chef de Partie and Pastry Chef in daily operations and special events
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pastry or bakery, preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry preferred
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, dough handling, cakes, desserts, and chocolate work
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Position Summary
- We are seeking a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing high quality pastries and desserts, support the Pastry Chef in daily operations, and ensure consistent standards aligned with Hilton and Royal Rose Ho

- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and production across all pastry items.
- Assist in developing creative new pastry and dessert concepts.

Qualifications & Skills
