Responsibilities
- Monitor pending orders daily for Traditional & Modern Trade outlets and plan dispatch activities
- Coordinate with floor team for picking, packing, and loading to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor, coordinate, and process sales returns accurately and timely
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure physical stock matches system records
- Monitor and control FGRV production receipts for accurate system updates
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of warehouse and dispatch related documents
Requirements
- Experience in order fulfillment and dispatch coordination
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation
- Ability to maintain documentation and records

Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment for UAE Market Deliveries: Monitor pending orders daily, plan dispatch activities, prepare documents, book trucks, coordinate with floor team for picking, packing, and loading.
- Sales Return Monitoring & Processing: Monitor, coordinate, and process sales returns accurately and timely.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks, monitor inventory movements, process stock transfers between warehouses.
- FGRV Production Receipt Monitoring & Control: Monitor and control FGRV production receipts for accurate system updates and inventory reconciliation.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing of warehouse and dispatch related documents.
