Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality compliance
- Store goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper handling and organization
- Maintain accurate inventory records, updating the system promptly with changes
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with recorded data
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipment
- Ensure all orders are complete and correctly documented
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange for the dispatch of goods
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, shipments, and inventory changes

Inventory Management

Order Fulfillment

- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and other key metrics.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track and manage inventory.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
Quality Control
- Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of goods to maintain product integrity.
- Implement quality control procedures to uphold high standards of product quality.
Requirements
