- Design packaging and labels for retail products, including boxes, bags, stickers, labels, and promotional packaging
- Prepare final artwork files for printing and production, including dielines, bleed, margins, CMYK setup, and supplier ready files
- Create brand identity materials such as logos, brand guidelines, typography systems, color systems, business cards, and marketing materials
- Design social media visuals, product mockups, campaign assets, advertisements, brochures, web visuals, and other digital or print materials
- Support product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns with creative visual concepts
- Use AI tools to support concept creation, image editing, image generation, and creative development
- Coordinate with suppliers, printing companies, external agencies, and internal teams to finalize artwork accurately and on time
- Submit design concepts and final layouts for approval and revise designs based on feedback
- Review final artwork before printing or publishing to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
Requirements
- 2 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail or branding
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, branding, and print ready artwork
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of print production requirements (dielines, bleed, CMYK, etc.)
- Experience with AI assisted design tools is a plus
