- Manage all employment related processes including contracts, visas, licenses, and documentation.
- Handle internal and external HR inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
- Support the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, reference checks, and preparing contracts.
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Arrange transportation for visitors and official delegations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, HR events, training sessions, and seminars.
- Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to management.
- Supervise IT Technician, Maintenance Assistant, PRO, and Office Boy.
- Process employee payroll in coordination with the finance team.
- Stay up to date with latest HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.

Overview
- We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our team.
- This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth HR operations across the company by handling employment matters, coordinating with internal departments, and liaising with external government bodies and vendors.
- The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, adaptable, and up to date with modern HR practices.
