Job Description
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Educate customers about the features, craftsmanship, and benefits of our leather products, wallets, and perfumes.
- Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Explain product care, usage, and after-sales services.
- Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers.
- Ensure merchandise is well displayed and regularly replenished.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Follow all company policies regarding customer service and sales processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure.
- Experience working with leather goods, accessories, or perfumes is highly preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
