Role Description
LETOILE is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor for an on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The Store Supervisor will oversee daily retail operations to ensure outstanding customer service and optimal performance.
They will motivate and manage store staff, monitor sales performance, maintain high standards of store presentation and inventory management, and build lasting relationships with customers.
This role requires collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and delivering a seamless and elevated shopping experience that aligns with LETOILE’s values.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management, task delegation, and conflict resolution
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities to enhance guest experiences
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication proficiency for fostering relationships and ensuring clear team interactions
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in retail or related industries, with prior supervisory experience being advantageous
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory systems
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus
