About the Role
LETOILE GCC is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid digital advertising across the GCC. You will develop and execute paid media strategies, manage budgets, optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business and revenue targets
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient media spend to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition
- Continuously optimize campaigns through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, ROMI, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue
- Work closely with E commerce, CRM, Social Media, Content, and Design teams for integrated campaign execution
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Shopify
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media, preferably within e commerce or retail
- Hands on Shopify experience is mandatory
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Experience managing digital advertising budgets and performance reporting
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- English: Fluent written and spoken (mandatory)
- Arabic: Preferred

About the Role
- LETOILE GCC is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead all paid digital advertising activities across the GCC, driving customer acquisition, online revenue, and maximizing ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business and revenue targets
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient media spend to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition

Qualifications & Experience
