About the Role

- Train sales staff on service standards, sales techniques, and product assortment
- Provide post training support and follow up for employees
- Conduct assessment activities
- Support mentors and new employees during the onboarding period
- Prepare reports on training results and staff evaluation outcomes
- Plan employees’ career and professional development
- Develop and adapt training materials
- Organize training sessions and assessment events
Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian
- UAE Driving license and own car
- Readiness to travel within UAE and Qatar
- University degree
- Advanced training courses in Learning & Development
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Training Manager or L&D Specialist)
- Experience in perfumery & cosmetics retail, beauty, or fashion industry
- Knowledge of the GCC market specifics and cultural context is an advantage

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Fluent Russian
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
