Role overview
Support the Management Team in achieving store targets through effective store team management and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
The role operates within a premium fashion retail environment covering brands including Diesel, Fred Perry, Puma, Geox, Longchamp, and Aape.
Responsibilities
- Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets.
- Provide exemplary customer service, product information, and a friendly and courteous customer experience.
- Support store operations and administration, including staff scheduling.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to support smooth store operations.
- Support training needs for store staff across products, customer service, and policy requirements.
- Maintain current product knowledge covering designs, trends, quality issues, and availability.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience within a similar brand is preferred.
- Local fashion retail experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Knowledge of local culture, sensitivities, fashion, and fashion trends.
