Role Overview

The role is responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, staff training and development, clienteling, client loyalty, and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team in achieving store and KPI targets.
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
- Hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance.
- Maintain an orderly and presentable appearance of the store.
- Oversee stock and store operations.
- Maintain current product knowledge covering designs, trends, quality issues, and availability.
- Provide excellent customer service and foster client loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent experience.
