Drive sales through customer service and achievement of personal and store targets.
Provide product information and maintain customer relationships in a premium retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal, store, and KPI targets.
- Provide excellent customer service while following policies and providing product information.
- Maintain product knowledge covering designs, trends, quality issues, and availability.
- Send and receive shipments and sort merchandise.
- Stock shelves, counters, racks, and tables with merchandise.
- Complete operational administrative tasks requested by management.
Qualifications
- Multilingual speaking is mandatory.
- One year of experience in a similar role and brand is preferred.
- Local retail experience is preferred.
- Basic MS Office skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of local culture and sensitivities is required.
- Knowledge of fashion is required.
