The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service and achieve personal and store targets.
The role involves retail customer service, product knowledge, merchandise handling, and operational administration.
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal, store, and KPI targets.
- Provide courteous customer service and product information.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain knowledge of designs, trends, quality issues, and availability.
- Send and receive shipments and sort merchandise.
- Stock shelves, counters, racks, and tables.
- Complete administrative tasks requested by management.
Qualifications
- Multilingual speaking ability is mandatory.
- One year's experience in a similar role within a similar brand is preferred.
- Local retail experience is preferred.
- Basic MS Office skills are required.
- Knowledge of local culture, sensitivities, and fashion is required.
