Store Operations Manager (GM)

Role Overview

Compensation

• The starting base rate is $27.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus compensation package.
• The position includes a $50 monthly cellphone data plan stipend and additional company benefits and perks.

Job Duties and Position Focus

• Hire, coach, and develop part-time hourly Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead food quality, customer service, employee friendliness, and store cleanliness through the team.
• Build a culture of excellence focused on cookie quality, customer service, sales performance, and team growth.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs and contests.

What We Seek

• At least three years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work two to three mid-to-late shifts during the latter part of the week, Thursday through Sunday.
• A benevolent leadership style and player-coach approach to day-to-day business management.
• A strong hospitality orientation and ability to deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
• Technical acumen with restaurant or retail business software, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams, and prior Applicant Tracking System hiring experience.
• Familiarity with commercial convection ovens is a plus.
