- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and operational targets

- Monitor store profitability, sales performance, and key operational KPIs
- Ensure high standards of customer service, hygiene, food safety, and store presentation
- Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, shrinkage control, and stock availability
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently
- Handle customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and health & safety standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a supermarket or hypermarket chain
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and improving store profitability
- Excellent knowledge of supermarket operations, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and supermarket POS/ERP systems
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
