- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor
- Ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and merchandising standards are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store
- Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and other daily store operations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supermarket or hypermarket retail environment
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong sales skills with proven ability to upsell and cross sell products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
