Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat products according to customer requirements and company standards
- Display meat products attractively while ensuring freshness and quality
- Maintain proper storage, handling, and rotation of meat products in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or quality issues
- Ensure all equipment and workstations are clean, sanitized, and maintained at all times
- Assist customers with product recommendations and special cutting requests
- Minimize waste through efficient portioning and stock management
- Comply with all UAE food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Butcher in a supermarket, hypermarket, or meat processing facility
- Strong knowledge of different meat cuts, preparation techniques, and portion control
- Experience handling beef, lamb, poultry, and other fresh meat products
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
- Candidates holding their own valid UAE visa will be given preference
