Overview

  • GST International is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented, and experienced Store Keeper to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory operations, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material flow, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and raise Purchase Requests (PRs) to ensure timely stock replenishment and coordinate with the Accounts Department for material flow and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and dispatches using inventory registers, stock cards, or ERP systems.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes, reporting any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate the timely issuance and dispatch of materials to project sites, factories, departments, and clients while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Organize and manage inventory to maximize storage efficiency, ensure easy retrieval, and prevent material loss or damage.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records with actual stock, investigating and resolving any variances.
  • Visit project sites and factories to assess material requirements and coordinate with supervisors and department heads to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Department for material planning, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete inventory records and providing the required documentation.
  • Prepare periodic inventory reports, stock status reports, and reconciliation reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, safety standards, and store housekeeping requirements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, General Manager, CFO, or CEO.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, steel structure, or manufacturing companies is preferred.
  • Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Experience with ERP systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational, record keeping, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and material handling procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet operational deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
