About the Role
GST International seeks an experienced Site Supervisor for Steel Structure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise structural steel erection, coordinate teams, ensure compliance with drawings and safety standards, and report progress.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily structural steel fabrication, erection, installation, and site activities
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, QA/QC, HSE teams, and subcontractors
- Monitor workforce productivity, equipment utilization, and material availability on site
- Allocate manpower efficiently and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and safe work practices
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure proper installation techniques and compliance with project requirements
- Report daily site progress, work completed, manpower, equipment, and any site issues to project management
- Identify site challenges, technical issues, and construction delays, and assist in implementing corrective actions
- Ensure housekeeping, site discipline, and proper coordination between all project stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience supervising structural steel erection and construction projects
- Proven experience managing site teams on industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience preferred
- Good understanding of structural steel construction methods, project execution, and safety requirements
- Strong knowledge of structural steel erection, fabrication, and installation procedures
- Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings
- Excellent leadership, supervision, and team coordination skills
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, QA/QC requirements, and construction standards
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily site operations efficiently
- Strong problem solving, decision making, and organizational abilities
